Tatolab LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the tatolab.com website and builds autonomous field systems, open tools, and related products. This page describes what personal information we handle and how.

What we collect

• Contact form and email. If you write to us — through the form on this site or by email — we receive what you send: your name, email address, organization if you include one, and the contents of your message. We use them to reply and to continue the conversation you started — nothing else.
• Server logs. The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site. We do not add analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers of our own.
• Cookies. The website itself sets no cookies.

What we do with it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to you when you contact us
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Comply with legal obligations where they apply

We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship it belongs to, and no longer than necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to operate — for example, Cloudflare for hosting and GitHub for source distribution. They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
